Ready to get started? Please complete our intake form with basic contact and project information. Our team will then review your submission, schedule a virtual intake meeting with you, and begin assembling the appropriate technical services to support your project. Completing our intake form does not guarantee our assistance. Response times to your intake submission may vary depending on the volume of requests we receive.
We help you navigate and access the funding that will make your project idea a reality.
Understanding the grants, loans, tax credits, and other funding sources that are relevant to your project can be overwhelming. Many programs have seemingly endless details on eligibility, application requirements, deadlines, and priorities. On top of that, many community leaders struggle with capacity and resources limitations that make it difficult to parse through the details and dedicate the time to complete an application.
After completing our intake form, the Hub can assist you in identifying the most relevant funding sources to help you move your projects forward, such as:
-
Local, state, and federal grant programs
-
Appropriations and other discretionary funding streams
-
Community lending programs through local and regional CDFI's
-
Clean energy tax credits
Still have a question about a funding program? Reach out to our Director of Government Funding Emily Brown at emily@swpahub.org to get started.
We meet people where they are to build trusting relationships and catalyze regional success.
Many of the most difficult challenges facing our municipalities and school districts do not end at their respective borders. In fact, many communities share in the very same challenges because of how interconnected our economy, infrastructure, and geography are. The Hub works to engage with communities to help break down silos and build a better shared understanding of what the solutions can be. We do this by:
-
Offering targeted education and peer-learning opportunities that can help support more collaborative-problem solving
-
Researching the barriers and bottlenecks to community (re)investment and developing tools and resources to address them
-
Uplifting and amplifying success stories that can serve as models and best practices to others
